Foskers Ferrari Services have been providing both Ferraris and their associated services for over forty years. They are constantly working on both traditional servicing as well as specialist concours and race & track projects.

Like e many organisations in this specialist area they need to take images of work on a daily basis in order to make regular updates to their website. They did not want to pay for a dedicated web technician or for the high level of input it would take a website service specialist like us to have to undertake.

The obvious option was to have a bespoke website built with full content management capabilities engineered specifically for their automotive requirements.

Thus their objective was to have the following key facilities...

- Automated updates to website to include sales, race & track, restoration, news & events, customer records and news letters.

- Each section has the facility to automatically optimize images with auto thumbnail and gallery creation. The system will spell check and format text entries and then automatically create each required web page with associated links etc.

- The system has a range of applicable user input fields for data collection and information sorting. For example, a user can leave a message through the website for a specific Ferrari. The system will then alert Fokers off this notice. In addition, as soon as Foskers enters a new sales car that matches this requirement, the system will once again remind Foskers that there is a possible client looking for this style of Ferrari.

- The system can create multiple users accounts for the staff to use the system with their unique user parameters. In addition, the system will log all user activity and usage.

- The system will allow unlimited image and video insertions for all areas that require these facilities.

-The system has full data search and retrieval options with e-mail capture and bulk mailing facilities.

- As each sales car is entered to the system, a PDF sales sheet is automatically created saving time and energy in having to create these as separate items.

- The system will allow 'off website' entries where vehicles are sold before they get to the showroom. This enables Foskers to use the database as a pure office tool with many additional items that can be used without having to go near the website area of the system.
